I have known Antonio for over 15 years as the Rice University School Mathematics Project’s (RUSMP) preferred caterer. RUSMP is the acknowledged mathematics education center at Rice University. RUSMP is known throughout the greater Houston area as providing the very best professional development in mathematics content and pedagogy for K-12 teachers. We have used The Plantation Catering for several years, and throughout the entire city of Houston – they’ve never failed to provide consistent and exemplary customer service.
Regardless of how far we send them – oftentimes to Kingwood and Conroe – they never fail to deliver on
time. Even more impressively, the food is always hot and fresh, no matter how far they’ve traveled to bring it to us.
The food is always very fresh, well done, and beautifully displayed. In addition, the huge menu selection helps us satisfy every teammate we feed. Antonio will often come up with custom menus, for when we’ve got several types of dietary needs/preferences.
Finally, the prices. The prices cannot be beat, especially given the quality and freshness of the food.

My name is William Laing and I am a hospital representative with a large pharmaceutical company and I have worked in the Houston market for the last decade. During my tenure, I have at times covered the entire Houston metro area and have subsequently needed a catering vendor to handle various in-service meals in hospitals and doctor offices. I have at times used various catering services of different restaurants in Houston, but my sole vendor of choice is now Plantation catering. I use Planation catering for all my food needs because they quite simply have high quality food for any occasion and they are 100 percent reliable in being at any account in the Houston area at whatever time I need them. Plantation catering also is very flexible on working with whatever budget constraints that I might have.
